The party this year was held at the Douglasville Cultural Arts Center at 8652 Campbellton Street, Douglasville. Dinner was catered by Chef Carl Oshinsky and was extremely good. The menu had Prime Rib as well as Salmon, Rolled Stuff Chicken, mixed vegetable, breads, appetizers, and much more. It was delicious. It also included a dessert table that had all kinds of sweet delights. A pianist from the Cleveland Institute of Music played Christmas music throughout the whole evening. To the surprise of a few of the members there were trophies of appreciation handed out for "Most Valuable Players" (members) of the club. Presents were exchanged this year as usual. It was a fun filled evening of friends enjoying the food, laughter, and music. Photos were taken and can be viewed Here. |
